Remote Engineering Leader

Requirements • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including team leadership. • Proven ability to build engaged and autonomous teams that achieve ambitious goals. • Strong technical background in modern web application development (C#, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc.). • Passion for continuous learning and clear communication in a hybrid environment.
