Salesforce Platform Owner – Revenue Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Platform Owner to take full ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem and drive measurable improvements in sales productivity, data quality, and GTM efficiency. This is not a ticket-driven admin role—you will act more as a strategic and technical owner of Salesforce, partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership. Starting out as a 12 month remote part time contract with chance to convert to perm in the future
What You’ll Do
• Own and administer Salesforce end-to-end (Sales Cloud, automation, flows, security, dashboards, data model).
• Translate business goals into scalable CRM solutions that improve seller efficiency and pipeline performance.
• Lead CRM enablement initiatives including training rollouts for sales teams (10+ users), documentation, and adoption programs.
• Design, deliver, and present Salesforce dashboards, metrics, and ROI insights to sales and leadership teams.
• Champion AI and automation initiatives (Salesforce Einstein, Gong insights, experimentation to improve GTM outcomes).
• Administer and integrate the broader sales tech stack (e.g., Gong, HubSpot, Highspot, SPIFF, GearSet).
• Drive CRM roadmap planning with a focus on usability, automation, and data-driven selling.
• Serve as the internal Salesforce expert, troubleshooting issues with minimal reliance on external vendors.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong RevOps or Sales Operations mindset with proven impact on metrics and adoption.
• Experience delivering presentations, dashboards, or enablement content for sales leadership.
• Comfort administering and integrating sales technology platforms.
• Practical AI fluency—curious, experimental, and execution-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with HubSpot, Gong, or sales enablement platforms
• Background in high-growth or startup environments
