JOB POSTING – PAYROLL & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
About Our Role:
Oversees accurate, compliant payroll and benefits administration across the portfolio, ensuring employees are paid correctly, benefits programs run smoothly, and all regulatory requirements are met.
Essential Functions:
• Auditing employee benefits contributions (Ex. medical, dental, vision, retirement, Flexible Spending Accounts, leave programs, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with ADA, federal/state/local payroll, tax, wage & hour, reporting, etc.
• Lead all payroll system changes and implementations (as needed)
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and support resource for leaders and employees
• Communicate all corporate/portfolio payroll policy changes
• Maintain payroll systems, audits, reconciliations, and reporting
• Manage multi-state/property payroll processing, including hourly, salaried, tipped, and bonus pay.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience managing payroll/benefits in a multi-state environment
• Strong working knowledge of wage & hour laws, payroll taxes, and benefits
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred); hospitality or hourly workforce experience strongly preferred
