We’re looking for a detail-driven, solution-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do: • Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.) • Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projects • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery • Provide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs • Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement • Communicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success What You Bring: • 3–5 years of experience in multi-family or commercial construction estimating • Strong ability to perform manual material take-offs • Familiarity with Planswift or Excel for estimating • Hands-on framing or construction experience is a big plus • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and building codes • Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities Why You’ll Love Working Here: We don’t just build structures—we build careers.
