Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and more. As a customer care representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing timely, empathetic, and effective support to our customers. Your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, promote customer privacy and safety, and build long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and more
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty
  • Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, driving customer retention and satisfaction
  • Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to arenaflex's Work From Home policy, ensuring the highest standards of data protection and security

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacy operations, and healthcare regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
