Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in supporting the Health Texas project. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position, and we offer a competitive compensation package, including quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with all performance standards, policy, and procedures.
  • Tracking and documenting all inquiries using applicable systems.
  • Completing associated tasks according to established guidelines.
  • Meeting Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
  • Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download.
  • Transferring/referring consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines.
  • Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
  • Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
  • Attending meetings and trainings as requested and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • To reside in the state of Texas, within 70 miles of El Paso.

Additional Requirements

In addition to the essential qualifications, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to work onsite on Day 1 for equipment training.
  • Must be able to complete classroom and on-the-job training with no time missed.
  • Must be willing and able to work with a webcam on during training and other meetings as instructed by management.
  • Must have a reliable, high-speed internet service with a minimum of 20 Mbps download speeds, and a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber.
  • Must be able to connect your computer directly to your modem or router via an Ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi connections are not allowed.
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
