Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Experience Advisor. As a CX Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting customers via email and live chat, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be working remotely from Nashville, TN, and will be an integral part of our customer experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is nothing but wonderful
  • Learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Use internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
  • Dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth

About You

We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should be a creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box to come up with solutions that delight our customers. You should be a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience, and be eager to learn new technology systems and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
  • Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
  • Able to work 20–29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Has reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router—a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working from home

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. You should be proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, and be able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
