**Job Summary**
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving complex customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle high-volume calls, resolving complex customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to patients
* Respond to patient inquiries, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and resolution
**Training Schedule**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (8-hour shift assigned 5 days a week)
**Pay Range**
* Minimum: $17.02
* Maximum: $27.16
* Actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location
