Job Overview: Customer Support Associate

We're seeking highly skilled and motivated At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. • Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Own a computer at home (must be a desktop or laptop, excluding Chromebooks, Notebooks, and MacBooks)
• Webcam and internet access
