**Job Summary**
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure timely delivery of medications to patients, working closely with our pharmacy team to resolve any issues or concerns
* Handle high-volume calls, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
* Utilize strong computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft, and other applications, to navigate our system and provide accurate information to patients
* Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience, working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving high-volume, complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and customer service
**Training Schedule**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)
* Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (overnight shift schedule)
**Pay Range**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
