Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Ability to stay calm and composed when customers are stressed or upset, remaining professional and empathetic at all times
  • Comfortable using computers and familiar with customer service software and technology
  • Experience working in customer support, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
