Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Associate to join our team in a remote call center environment in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our team, you will work under supervision to receive and process inbound calls from patients, providers, and other medical staff. You will execute outbound calls or electronic tasks to assist with providing medical-related services, including appointment scheduling, prescriptions refills, facility locations, and lab results. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine to complex issues, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept and direct all incoming calls into a computerized PBX system, answering 95% of calls in five rings or less.
  • Act as a physician's answering service for arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Document all calls with 100% accuracy, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Connect personnel to callers as requested, with 95% accuracy, to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Adhere to phone scripting and relay information telephonically with 95% accuracy, providing clear and concise information to patients and providers.
  • Perform critical/emergency tasks according to department policy with 100% accuracy, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective support.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • 6+ months of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as holidays, to support our 24/7 business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare environment in a call center or front desk position.
  • Knowledge of insurance products.

Telecommuting Requirements

To work remotely with arenaflex, you will need to:

  • Reside within 2716 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV.
  • Have the ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable).
  • Establish a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
  • Have access to a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A hourly rate of $16.00 to $23.94 per hour (depending on experience and location).
