About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will be speaking on behalf of one of our clients, a Business Coach, and your primary goal will be to drive sales growth through effective communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Starting new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Following up with leads to close sales and build relationships (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Organic account growth and management to increase visibility and reach (approximately 2 hours a day)
• Replying to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day)
• Management and daily communication tasks to ensure seamless team collaboration (approximately 30 minutes a day)

Requirements and Qualifications

To be part of our team, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Advanced or Native C1-C2 level of English
• Desire to earn an income in USD
• A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone
• Stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles
• 100% confidence in your English skills
