PMO Manager – COMPLETE Commercialization

Job Description: • Overseeing and coordinating project management activities within the pharma sector • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Support the development and implementation of project management standards, processes, and best practices • Support the planning and execution of pharma projects and cross-functional workstreams • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks • Prepare project status reports for senior management and stakeholders • Help manage project budgets, resources, and timelines • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field • PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma or similar certification required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry • Strong knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements and industry standards • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits: • Competitive salaries and benefits • Commitment to providing reasonable accommodation for disabilities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
