In this unique and impactful role, you will leverage your artistic expertise to guide and train AI systems, ensuring they accurately interpret and generate visual art. Key Responsibilities • Create and curate original artwork using a variety of materials, including pens, ink, watercolors, charcoal, oil, or digital media. • Integrate elements such as line, space, mass, color, and perspective to illustrate concepts, emotions, and moods for AI training purposes. • Collaborate with clients, editors, writers, art directors, and internal teams to define and refine artistic objectives and deliverables. • Analyze and deconstruct creative processes to provide clear, detailed input for AI learning modules. • Maintain and update a professional portfolio to showcase varying artistic styles, interests, and abilities. • Document and communicate artistic decisions and methodologies in both written and verbal forms for development teams. • Support the marketing of AI-enhanced artwork through online channels, brochures, and digital portfolios as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience in fine arts, illustration, painting, sculpture, or related visual arts disciplines. • Proficiency with traditional and/or digital art tools, including computer software for visual artwork creation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate artistic concepts and processes clearly. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including clients and creatives. • A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling. • Ability to maintain and present a diverse artistic portfolio. • Enthusiasm for the intersection of art and technology, with a willingness to learn new tools. Preferred Qualifications • Background in training, education, or mentoring in the arts. • Experience working with or creating content for AI, machine learning, or digital media projects. • Familiarity with marketing or promoting art through digital platforms.
