Insight Global is hiring a (REMOTE) HR Manager fo a Big 4 firm. They will be focused on influencing and improving the firms global Acceleration centers people experience related initiatives. Responsibilities will include: Liaise between the US COEs and the local AC People Teams Help drive/deliver the Firms people experience strategy with a focus on: Well-being Apprenticeship (On the job learning) Listening tools (employee surveys) Retention Activators (employees who help drive people strategy) Appreciation / recognition Support the AC People Council Role Considerations: Will work in a global setting - working across global time zones and cultures, may require some early morning meetings Will have direct support from Senior Director and opportunity to coach Manager We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
