Lead Engineer/Solution Architect (100% Remote Contract- Azure)

Lead Technical Engineer/Solution Architect (100% Remote- Hybrid/Azure infrastructure) Optomi, in partnership with an industry enterprise organization, is seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Lead/Solution Architect to join their team. Working with multiple teams, the Lead Engineer will deliver an infrastructure solution that is scaleable, resilient to failure, and meets business requirements. Responsibilities: • Strong infrastructure engineering background- Windows, Active Directory, DNS, SQL servers, Exchange, etc • Experience with Entra ID, GPO's, NSG configuration in Azure • Implement solutions by writing automation processes to deploy systems, applications, containers, surrounding technologies. • Designing enterprise applications and implementing with policies and governance into Azure • Implementing solutions for single-site and multi-site data centers • Utilize networking, systems, and virtualization tools and concepts to complete projects • Mentor other team members and engineers to drive project completion • Leading the technical execution on a project from start to finish Apply today if your background includes: • Served as lead engineer/architect on various projects before production • Strong Azure design and architecture experience • Azure experience- NSG's, ASG's, subscriptions, AD, Defender, etc. • Strong engineering background across various infrastructure platforms • Familiar with three tier architecture • Experience designing highly available and resilient solutions • Experience designing a solution for a single site and also multi-site Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
