[Remote] Audit Manager | Fully Remote w/ Top 100 Mid-Sized Firm

They are seeking an Audit Manager to manage financial statement audit engagements and provide leadership within the team. Responsibilities • Manage financial statement audit engagements from start to finish • Supervise audit staff and provide guidance and training • Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations • Review and analyze audit documentation and reports • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions • Assist in the development and improvement of audit methodologies and processes Skills • Active CPA License • Minimum 5-7+ years of Audit & Assurance Exp • Current Supervising Exp. in a Public Accounting setting • Experience managing financial statement audit engagements from start to finish • Experience with relevant client industries (Real Estate, Construction, M&D, Tech, Professional Services, Non-Profit) Benefits • Full Health Benefits with employer contribution (Medical, Dental, Vision) • 401k & Profit Sharing Plan • Unlimited PTO Model & 10 Paid Holidays • Remote employees can fly out to our HQs at least twice a year for company events (post busy season party, holiday party, etc.) • Annual Firm-Wide Trip to Tropical Destination (all expenses paid!)
