3D Design Conversion in SolidWorks
Designer with experience in SolidWorks for the conversion of 2D drawings to 3D models, focused on parts for plastic injection moulding (such as cups, spoons, bottles, tubes, jars, or lids). The job consists of transforming 2D drawings into 3D designs that include the appropriate draft angles for this type of manufacturing. We have physical samples of the parts, from which it will be necessary to take precise measurements in order to produce the corresponding dimensioned drawings. The main materials we work with are PP, PE and PS.
The project will be structured in two stages: - Initial test with 2 or 3 pieces to assess the quality of the work. - Once this phase has been validated, we will proceed with a batch of approximately 100 parts. It is essential that the work is carried out in SolidWorks 2020, as this is the version we work with.
