Role Description
In this role, you will provide after hours support, triage residents' needs over the phone, assess patient symptoms, provide appropriate medical advice, determine the level of care required, and make necessary documentation in our digital healthcare document system.
• You are an extension of the client's care team from 5pm-8am Mon-Fri and all weekend hours.
• Fully remote position – Work from home.
• Flexible schedule – Part-time, low volume of calls. Allows you to have another daytime job.

Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Requirements
• Ability to provide after hours support.
• Experience in triaging and assessing patient needs.
• Strong communication skills for providing medical advice over the phone.
