Title: Ideal part-time position for former law enforcement professionals Location: Bradley United States Job Description: Experienced law enforcement professionals are encouraged to consider an outstanding part-time job opportunity with Liberty Healthcare and the California Conditional Release Program. The California Conditional Release Program strives to enhance public safety and prevent recidivism by providing intensive supervision, case management, and behavioral health services to adult sexual offenders who are on court-ordered conditional release in the community. Due to continued program growth, Liberty is now hiring for several new part-time Case Worker positions in the local area. These are field-based positions which allow you to partially work from home and will require you to drive and transport clients throughout the region. Is this job the right fit for me? You will enjoy a high degree of independence and will use your criminal justice expertise to make your community safer. What are the job responsibilities of a part-time Case Worker? Primarily driving and escorting clients to appointments Ensuring clients comply with their court-ordered release terms Observing and monitoring client movement and behavior Documenting client activities and encounters Assisting clients with obtaining employment, benefits, and other entitlements What can I expect as a part-time employee in this role? $30.00 to $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) Reimbursement for work-related mileage Company laptop and mobile phone Because of evolving client needs, available work hours vary and schedules are somewhat unpredictable. How do I know if I qualify for this position? To be considered, you must have at least two years of professional law enforcement experience working as a parole agent, probation officer, police officer, military police, or correctional officer. You must have a California driver’s license, auto insurance, and be willing to use your own personal vehicle to transport clients. You should also have basic computer skills.
