Digital Illustrator

We are looking for: Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) provides managed services for a large tech video-sharing platform. We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Illustrator to join our team. As a Digital Illustrator you’ll contribute to the mission, vision and strategy by producing and developing illustration processes used on product surfaces. You’ll work closely with department leads to build simple, easy-to-use applications. This is a temporary full time remote engagement through 3/27/2026. Job Responsibilities: • Define departmental workflow and standards, as well as own the end-to-end illustration process • Develop content and graphic treatments • Intake new Thumbnail illustration projects from client • Communicate with project manager and stakeholders for clarification and scope • Create and present concepts stakeholders, complete final graphics, and perform revisions per feedback • Changes and edits to Thumbnail illustrations per feedback • Complete projects in raster and vector formats utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Upload final PNG deliverables as well as archival AI/PSD files • Maintain an ongoing project capacity tracker • Any additional stakeholder requests as needed Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience. • 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer or illustrator. • 3+ years' experience of vector illustration • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication and follow up skills • Ability to create drawings that can be displayed and edited digitally, using Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio, paper + scan, etc. • Ability to finalize sketches using graphics software in both vector and raster formats • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator • Moderate proficiency in Figma • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop • Experience with arenaflex Suite programs • Experience with generative AI Compensation: The compensation range for this position is between $88,000 - $100,000 annually depending on experience.
