Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Process Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our operations and systems. You'll be responsible for auditing and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities
  • Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
  • Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Identifying emerging process performance trends and providing insights to drive business decisions
  • Auditing, tracking, and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes
  • Interacting with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or a related field)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
