Role Summary
The President of CARE-INF™ is a founding executive responsible for translating the CARE-INF™ model into a scaled, revenue-generating enterprise across academic institutions, health systems, and clinical partner networks. This leader will own enterprise go-to-market execution, stakeholder alignment, contracting strategy, and early customer acquisition—with a focus on building durable adoption pathways that drive recurring revenue and network effects.
Primary Objectives (First 12 Months)
· Secure initial enterprise customers and establish CARE-INF™ as a category-defining clinical education reliability infrastructure
· Operationalize partner-facing implementation, onboarding, and success workflows to support renewal and expansion
· Build a repeatable sales motion for universities, health systems, and multi-campus institutions
· Develop strategic partnerships that position CARE-INF™ as a preferred or required standard for clinical rotation readiness and escalation governance
· Lay the groundwork for scale: people, process, and platform readiness (including AI roadmap alignment)
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth + Revenue
· Lead and close enterprise contracts (health systems, multi-campus universities, major clinical networks)
· Develop pricing strategy, packaging, and contracting pathways (MSAs, SOWs, addenda, coordinator coverage)
· Build a pipeline across Deans, Provosts, Chief Nursing Officers, GME/clinical education leaders, and system executives
· Own quarterly revenue targets and conversion metrics (lead-to-contract, cycle time, renewal readiness)
Strategic Stakeholder Management
· Serve as executive-level liaison to academic leadership (Dean, Provost, President) and health system leadership (CNO, COO, Chief Quality, Compliance)
· Guide institutions in building FERPA-aligned readiness communication and escalation pathways using CARE-INF™ tools
· Represent CARE-INF™ at executive meetings, accreditor-adjacent forums, and clinical partnership negotiations
Implementation Leadership (Executive Oversight)
· Direct the launch of pilot implementations and ensure measurable outcomes delivery
· Partner with CARE-INF™ Coordinator teams to ensure SLAs, escalation response standards, and closure-loop documentation are consistently met
· Establish customer success governance: weekly reports, dashboards, partner assurance briefs, and renewal roadmaps
Product + Systems Development (Founder Partnership)
· Translate customer needs into product requirements and contribute to CARE-INF™ software build roadmap
· Support design of a scalable operating model that can evolve toward AI-driven triage, escalation routing, and performance support insights
· Ensure the model remains defensible, compliant, and operationally durable across institutions
Required Qualifications
· Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred (RN, DNP, PhD, EdD, DrPH, MD/DO welcomed)
· 10+ years of progressive leadership across academic healthcare and clinical operations
· Demonstrated experience in BOTH: (1) academic program leadership (nursing/health sciences) and (2) hospital/health system leadership
· Executive-level communication skills with ability to influence senior decision-makers
· Proven success in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or executive contract negotiation
· Operational credibility: understands clinical performance expectations, patient safety culture, and training workflows
· Comfort with ambiguity and building from zero—founding-stage execution mindset
Preferred Experience
· Former Dean/Associate Dean/Clinical Director/Program Director OR health system education executive
· Experience managing clinical placements, preceptor recruitment, onboarding, or student readiness workflows
· Understanding of compliance boundaries (FERPA, HIPAA considerations in training environments)
· Experience with outcomes dashboards, QA review processes, and partner assurance reporting
· Experience working with accreditation standards and risk management expectations
