Additional benefits include a 401k retirement savings with employer match, paid parental leave, paid time off, holiday pay and an Employee Assistance Program.</p><p></p><p></p><p><u><b>Job Summary:</b></u></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manager of Integration to lead and coordinate the successful execution of integration activities following mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives. This role will serve as a critical bridge between functional leaders, the deal team, and acquired organizations to ensure seamless operational, cultural, and strategic alignment.</p><p></p><p><b>Compensation:</b> $109,000 - 133,000/annually, plus annual bonus potential</p><p></p><p><u><b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></b></u></p><p><b>Integration Planning & Execution:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain comprehensive integration plans, timelines, and workstreams.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Ops) to drive integration deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Monitor integrations progress and timelines; escalate risks, delays, or roadblocks to leadership.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Stakeholder Management:</b></p><ul><li><p>Act as the central point of contact for integration activities.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with business leaders, acquired company representatives, and functional SMEs to ensure alignment.</p></li><li><p>Communicate regularly with executive sponsors and report on integration progress, KPIs, and milestones.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Diligence & Day 1 Readiness:</b></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with the M&A team during the due diligence phase to identify integration risks and opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Lead the development and execution of communication plans for employees of acquired businesses</p></li><li><p>Support Day 1 planning and execution to ensure a smooth transition.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Post-Close Integration:</b></p><ul><li><p>Drive execution of synergy capture, cultural integration, system/process alignment, and change management.</p></li><li><p>Track performance metrics and support post-close reporting and lessons learned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Education and Experience:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in M&A integration, project/program management, consulting, or strategic operations.</p></li><li><p>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Strong presentation, communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Highly self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or other project management platforms is a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>In Office and Travel Requirements:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Remote role with travel as needed to support acquired practices' transition into LifeStance Health (up to 25%)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><span>LifeStance provides the compensation range and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
