As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing the scheduling of private care services to our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our services Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers through daily interactions, providing exceptional customer service and support Working every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call availability from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent customer service and people skills, with a genuine passion for helping others Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules Highly proficient computer skills, with experience in home care scheduling software (preferred) Prior experience in home care scheduling (required), with a minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling home health aides (preferred) This part-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, with a schedule that includes weekends only.
