Behavior Support Staff (BSA, CBT, or RBT) – 2025/2026 School Year Location:Yelm, WA A school district is seeking dedicated Behavior Support professionals to join their team for the 2025–2026 school year. We are hiring for full-time, onsite roles with varying caseloads across elementary and other school settings. Position Details: • Start Date: September 3, 2025 (Some pre-service trainings may be required before start date) • End Date: June 10, 2026 • Schedule: Monday–Friday • Hours: 7.5-hour workday • 7 hours paid + 0.5-hour unpaid lunch • Location: Onsite only Caseload Information: • Positions will include a mix of: • 1:1 behavior support roles • Building-level Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs) working with elementary students • Assignments will be determined based on candidate experience and district needs. Qualifications: • Must hold one of the following: • BSA (Behavior Support Assistant) • CBT (Certified Behavior Technician) • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) • Must have active Washington State licensure/credentials • Fingerprint clearance through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction) is required • Previous school-based experience preferred Key Responsibilities: • Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and track data • Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and behavior specialists • Assist in fostering a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment Contact: Ericka Hughes 770-758-2993 Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $45.69.
