Remote Customer Support - Evening Shift -West Coast / PST Needed

• Our work-from-home customer support team is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative for our Afternoon/Evening shift (until 8 pm PST Monday - Saturday). Preferably located in PST time zone. • You'll be answering incoming calls and emails, verifying purchase details with prospects, making confirmation/reminder calls, and showing our customers how to maneuver through our software. • We're looking for a highly organized individual with a home office set up.
