Communicate effectively with clients to understand their feedback and address any concerns or questions they may have. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet project deadlines. Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to clients, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Document all processes, configurations, and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize clients' infrastructure using Red Hat technology.
