Project Monitor for Tech, HubSpot, & Professional Services

Weʼre looking for an Operations Project Monitor to keep our internal work organized, visible, and on track. The systems, tools, and workflows already exist. This role is not about fixing operations, redesigning processes, or leading strategy. We need someone who can keep teams and projects organized and track whether we're falling behind. This is who were looking for: - You should enjoy order, clarity, and follow-through. - You like keeping projects clean, tasks current, and priorities visible. - You won't meeting with people and are comfortable discussing project and time commitments. - You donʼt need to invent better ways of working — you take pride in maintaining a well-run system and keeping everyone aligned and on track. - IMPORTANT: This is not a good fit for people who like redesigning workflows, proposing new tools, or leading. If you enjoy being the architect, strategist, or fixer, this role will feel limiting. We are looking for a disciplined coordinator who respects existing systems and keeps them running. The job includes: - Maintaining and organizing Notion boards, task lists, and project trackers to ensure tasks are clearly scoped, assigned, and dated - Meeting weekly with each team to review and update priorities, progress, and blockers - Following up on overdue or stalled work to preventing projects from drifting or going stale - Producing a clear weekly summary with progress reports and Loom videos for leadership Please note any relevant or related experience.
