Established company with domestic and offshore operations seeking part-time financial leadership.
The Role:
Fractional CFO to build and manage financial operations. You'll report directly to the founders. Expected commitment is 15–30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
-Implement accounting systems, controls, and monthly close processes
- Build financial reporting, models, and forecasts
- Oversee bookkeeping, AP/AR, and payroll
- Manage external tax and audit relationships
- Optimize cost structure across distributed teams
- Hire and manage finance staff or outsourced providers as needed
Requirements:
CPA required
Big 4 public accounting experience required (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
8+ years finance leadership
Hands-on — comfortable building, not just overseeing
Experience with offshore/distributed team structures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
