About Plenful Plenful is on a mission to transform healthcare operations from the inside out. Fresh off our $50M Series B and backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Notable Capital, TQ Ventures, Susa/Kivu Ventures, and other leading investors, we’re building the category-defining AI agentic operating platform that healthcare teams rely on to operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Our technology empowers healthcare operators across hospital and health systems, pharmacies and payors to eliminate manual work, reduce administrative burden, and improve compliance, all while unlocking critical revenue to fund programs for their in-need patient populations. Built by healthcare operators for healthcare operators, Plenful is driven by a deep understanding of the challenges facing today’s care teams. We’re passionate about equipping healthcare workers with world-class tools that deliver real, measurable impact, and we’re proud to serve leading healthcare organizations across the country. If you’re excited to help shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to meet you. Apply now to join our growing team. About the role Plenful is hiring our first Product Operations hire to collaborate on the creation, quality, and scalability of Plenful’s product-specific materials. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, R&D, and Engineering, translating messy, external healthcare data into structured assets that drive automation accuracy and product velocity. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build a critical function from the ground up, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company scales. What you’ll do • Design and own the end-to-end operational workflows that support Plenful’s product assets. • Establish industry-leading standards for data research, quality, freshness, and governance across internal systems. • Source, interpret, and structure data from unstructured or semi-structured inputs. • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate real-world healthcare complexity into clear product requirements and usable system inputs while identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases. • Act as a connective layer between Product, R&D, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring priorities are aligned and execution is unblocked. • Identify opportunities to automate, systematize, or improve manual workflows as Plenful grows. • Own timelines and delivery for product operations initiatives. What we’re looking for • 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or similar roles within B2B SaaS (healthcare strongly preferred). • Proven experience building, maintaining, or operationalizing data assets, internal tools, or systems of record. • Experience working with complex, external data sources (e.g., PDFs, portals, spreadsheets). • Strong ownership mindset—you take problems end-to-end and don’t wait for perfect direction. • Comfort operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities. • Exceptional execution, organization, and attention to detail, paired with sound judgment. • Clear communicator who can translate complex operational details to technical and non-technical partners. • Interest and capability in scaling processes and managing people over time. Plenful perks • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Enjoy unlimited PTO, fully covered health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), meal stipend, health & wellness stipend, 401(k) matching, and stock options. • Mission-Driven, World-Class Team: Join an exceptional group of professionals aligned around a meaningful mission and committed to making an impact. • Opportunities for Growth: Strengthen your partnership expertise through collaboration with experienced, high-performing leaders across the organization. • Flexible Work Environment: San Francisco based employees will be hybrid.
