Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of arenaflex to our clients, acting as ambassadors of the brand. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our card members, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge
  • Be accountable and take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish
  • Develop innovative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, ultimately creating loyal advocates for the brand
  • Utilize the Client First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offer travel booking and minimal reservation assistance
  • Accommodate the needs of our card members by collaborating with our food and beverage lounge partners

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recent experience serving premium clients
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
  • A passion for resolving clients' issues with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, charming the client with every interaction
  • The ability to listen to the client's needs and propose tailored recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction with the assistance provided
  • The capacity to display the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
  • The ability to depend on and collaborate with your colleagues, as the lounge is a highly dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
  • The capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unexpected situations may arise, putting the card members' experience at the forefront of all that you do

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a remote customer service role
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Knowledge of the travel and lifestyle industries
  • Experience working with technology platforms and software applications
