[Remote] Membership Data Migration Specialist (6 month contract)

The Choice, Inc. is managing a contract role for a Membership Database Migration Specialist for a national association focused on equitable higher education access. The role involves migrating content from Your Membership CMS to iMIS, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. Responsibilities • Migrate content from Your Membership to iMIS, including pages, documents, and related assets • Ensure content accuracy and formatting consistency • Collaborate with staff to confirm content priorities, workflows, and deadlines • Conduct quality assurance checks to verify successful migration and functionality • Document migration processes and flag issues or recommendations for improvement Skills • Demonstrated experience working with a CMS (required) or association management systems • Prior experience with content or data migration projects • Familiarity with membership-based organizations or nonprofits • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of content accurately • Basic understanding of web content structure, metadata, and file organization • Previous experience with iMIS Company Overview • The Choice, Inc. is proud to be a women-owned agency with a highly personalized approach to recruitment.
