Texas Licensed Trade Compliance Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Trade Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and classifications
• Establish and maintain written policies and procedures while providing training on trade topics
• Coordinate internal audits and act as the liaison for CBP audits and inquiries
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of experience in import and export trade
• In-depth understanding of CBP regulations, customs valuation, and tariff management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex organization
• Proficient in ACE Reporting and analytic tools like Business Objects and Microsoft Power BI
• US Customs Brokerage License is highly desirable
