Automation Specialist (Make/n8n/Zapier) – Lead → CRM → Calendly + Follow-ups
Hi! I’m looking for an automation specialist to build a reliable lead-to-booking system.
Goal
Automatically capture leads, follow up, and convert them into booked calls.
Current stack
• Website: Wix
• Forms: Tally (and/or Wix form)
• Scheduling: Calendly
• Lead database: Google Sheets or Airtable (you can recommend)
What you will build (deliverables)
1. When someone submits a form → create/update a lead in Sheets/Airtable with status (New / Contacted / Booked)
2. Send an automatic confirmation message (French)
3. Send follow-up messages if no booking (J+1 / J+3 / J+7)
4. If a Calendly meeting is booked → stop follow-ups + update lead status to “Booked”
5. Basic error handling + simple documentation (short Loom video + checklist)
Requirements
• Strong experience with Make, n8n or Zapier
• Webhooks / API basics
• Clean and documented workflows
• Ability to propose the best structure
