Experienced Auditor

We are looking for an experienced accounting and audit associate, full or part time - we just want the right person. WHAT WE NEED: Duties include, but are not limited to: • Audit planning and execution for primarily nonprofit agencies, additional for-profit experience is a plus • Completing reviews, compilations and other special reports • Detailed peer review tested documenting of audit test work and findings • Complex Bookkeeping and Accounting as needed • Account reconciliations • Ad hoc accounting support and report preparation • Audit support • Training of other staff members/interns who want experience in the audit function • QuickBooks training • Secure document management • Client written and verbal correspondence • Customer service Necessary skills: • You know how to use, and love to learn to use technology like QuickBooks Online, Auditfile, Suralink, Outlook, Word and Excel • Great phone/email manners and phone/email etiquette • Ability to learn new computer programs • Ability to follow up and resolve client issues and act as communication liaison • Familiarity with general office equipment and Microsoft Office software programs • Ability to work independently AND within a team.
