**Responsibilities:**
* **Promptly and Effectively Manage All Incoming Calls**: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* **Conduct Research to Provide Effective Solutions**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to deliver exceptional results
* **Document All Calls Accurately**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* **Communicate Professionally, Empathetically, and Diplomatically**: Deliver clear and concise messages with a positive tone

* **Previous Healthcare Experience**: A plus, but not required
* **Previous Call Center Experience**: Required, with a minimum of 1 year in a single job
**Requirements:**
* **18 Years of Age or Older**: Meet the minimum age requirement
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Demonstrate a basic level of education
* **Minimum of 1 Year in a Single Job, Preferably in a Call Center Customer Service Environment**: Show a commitment to stability and growth
* **Reliable Attendance with No Missed Time in the First 90 Days**: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to attendance
* **Ability to Type 25 WPM**: Meet the minimum typing requirement
* **Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills**: Deliver clear and concise messages
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems**: Familiarity with computer software and hardware
* **Hardwired Internet Connection with Speeds Greater than 5MB Upload and 10MB Download**: Meet the minimum internet speed requirements
* **Secure, Private Work Area at Home**: Ensure a safe and distraction-free workspace
* **Flexible Schedule Availability (Monday-Saturday)**: Be available to work a variety of shifts
