You'll work closely with our technology team to meet department demands and ensure seamless data storage and retrieval. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision making * Create and manage dashboards on Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights * Develop and enforce data quality standards and management to ensure data integrity and accessibility * Create and manage new data pipelines from source systems to the Data Warehouse * Collaborate with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs, maintain complete records, and obtain business sign-offs for all reporting requirements * Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architecture * Utilize data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI * Help automate existing business processes and improve exception-based reporting * Partner with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and obtain new data variables (data mining) * Evaluate large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable results * Evaluate and validate metrics to ensure effectiveness and provide recommendations to team leaders on areas that need attention * Participate in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis * Strong experience working with Power BI, including: + Working with different visual objects like Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Fields, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc. + Knowledge of DAX, SQL, M Code * Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex SQL queries to create files and analytics * Experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations * Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures * Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query * Experience with Smartsheets * Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Flexible remote work arrangement * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Access to the latest technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and customer support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
