**Job Description**
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors.
- Organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases.
- Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
- Handling additional duties from time to time as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
- A good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- The ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Proficient touch typing skills, with the ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
