About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team

Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction. Whether it's answering questions, consulting on products, or resolving issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience.

A Typical Day in the Life

• Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
• Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

The Equipment You'll Need

To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need:

• Internet speed > 15 Mbps with a hardwired direct connection to your home router (recommended)
• A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
• A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
