“GoHighLevel + AI Voice Phone Answering & Scheduling System (Emergency Services)”
Project Overview
We are seeking an expert GoHighLevel developer to build a production-grade AI-powered phone answering and scheduling system for an emergency service company in the restoration / water mitigation industry.
This system will handle live inbound phone calls 24/7, perform structured intake, classify emergency vs non-emergency situations, schedule jobs via GoHighLevel + Google Workspace Calendar, and escalate to human staff when required.
This is not a chatbot demo or experimental project. The system will be used in real emergency scenarios and must be reliable, well-tested, and professionally documented.
Core Responsibilities (High-Level)
Configure GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Integrate AI voice agent technology for live phone answering
Implement structured intake and qualification logic
Implement emergency vs non-emergency handling paths
Configure calendar-based scheduling through GoHighLevel
Configure call escalation and fail-safe behavior
Implement SMS/email notifications for internal staff
Store call transcripts and intake data in GoHighLevel
Conduct real-world testing and tuning
Provide documentation and short post-launch support

AI voice agent platform (Vapi, Retell, Bland, or equivalent)
Google Workspace Calendar
Final platform selection may be recommended by the developer with justification.

This is a fixed-price, milestone-based project.
Strong English communication is required, as the system handles live emergency phone calls.
