About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Complaints Assistant to join our Customer Experience and Support Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be the primary point of contact between arenaflex and our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and are empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Support customers throughout their online comparison journey, offering clarity on product information and helping them take advantage of special offers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that customer service standards are maintained and exceeded.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment or face-to-face setting.
  • Proven communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • General IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
