[Remote] FSC Salesforce Administrator

High Trail is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Administrator to join their growing technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce FSC solutions that align with business goals and regulatory needs. Responsibilities • Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce FSC solutions aligned with banking best practices and enterprise standards • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures leveraging FSC data models, automation, and integrations • Lead architectural discussions and oversee delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support • Guide configuration and customization using Apex, LWC, Flow, and related Salesforce tools • Design and manage integrations with core banking systems, data platforms, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) • Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (FFIEC, GDPR, CCPA) • Define and enforce development standards, CI/CD, release management, and sandbox strategies • Conduct solution reviews, technical assessments, and platform health checks • Partner with Banking, Wealth, Lending, and Compliance teams to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce FSC capabilities and enhancements Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years with Financial Services Cloud • Proven Salesforce FSC Solution Architect or Technical Lead experience within banking or financial services • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, client onboarding, financial accounts, and household management • Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware) • Solid understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or progress toward CTA) • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Company Overview • At High Trail we build bespoke teams of elite specialist technology professionals, deployed from our High Trail Verified community.
