Cybersecurity Engineer III

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer III to join our team. This position is responsible for safeguarding our organization's data, systems, and networks. Daily tasks will include monitoring, troubleshooting, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the organization's data and infrastructure are protected through the enablement of appropriate security controls. This role… • Leads the development of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies. • Oversees the advanced implementation of security measures across the organization. • Proactively monitors and responds to security incidents, utilizing threat intelligence. • Provides expert-level troubleshooting for complex security and network issues. • Oversees change management processes related to security policies and controls. • Conducts regular risk assessments and contribute to strategic planning. • Enhances communication and reporting with relevant departments and stakeholders. • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned. • Occasional business travel may be required. We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following… • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Five (5) plus years of experience in cybersecurity. • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent is a plus. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Advanced knowledge of security technologies and practices. • Experience with cloud security and virtualization technologies. • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Strong leadership and project management skills. Salary: $81,000 - $111,400 Modivcare’s positions are posted and open for applications for a minimum of 5 days.
