Guidewire Data Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter data implementation and insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze, validate, and support insurance data across enterprise systems, leveraging Snowflake for analytics and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and support data related to Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and integrations. • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand insurance requirements and translate them into data insights. • Own and drive assigned tasks independently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Document data definitions, mappings, and analysis findings clearly for technical and business audiences. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in insurance-focused projects. • Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter data implementation. • Strong experience using Snowflake for data analysis and querying. • Solid understanding of insurance concepts (policy, premium, coverage, claims, etc.). • Good communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
