Duties • Develop and implement product management strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales strategies that drive revenue. • Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation and brand image. • Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial goals are met while optimizing resource allocation. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations. • Analyze data from Nielsen and other sources to inform decision-making processes. • Lead e-commerce initiatives to enhance online presence and customer engagement. Experience • Proven experience in product management, preferably within a related industry. • Strong background in market research methodologies and analysis. • Demonstrated success in public relations and sales strategies. • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management. • Experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is highly desirable. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, enabling effective communication of ideas visually. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.
