Full-Stack Engineer | Specializing in LLMs & AI Agents

Join our engineering team to develop AI-enabled business ventures and deploy cutting-edge technology to address real-world challenges for clients in the US and Europe. Tasks • Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications, including but not limited to fine-tuned models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, while exploring innovative ways to enhance AI-driven workflows • Build and maintain scalable fullstack applications using a Python or JavaScript-based stack (Node.js, React, etc.), along with applications for advanced data processing, data handling and model integration • Prototype and refine agentic workflows using n8n and similar low-code/no-code platforms to quickly validate solutions first Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a fullstack developer, with a strong background in JavaScript-based and Python-based technologies • 1+ years of deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), along with a strong overall interest in the AI space to stay on top of developments • Understanding of data science principles, including data preprocessing and model evaluation • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently • Fluency in English Why join Waterglass? • Opportunity to go beyond building agentic software applications – play a central role in creating AI-driven business ventures from scratch, combining technology, strategy and execution • Work with cutting-edge AI technologies that have real-world applications, solving complex problems for both our own ventures and international clients across the US and Europe • Join a small and fast-moving team with expertise in product, growth, and finance, where your contributions directly shape the direction of new AI-powered businesses Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
