We’re growing and looking for an experienced Account & Operations Manager to support both personal and commercial lines while helping oversee daily agency operations. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the greater Nashville, TN area.
Position Summary
In this role, you will manage a blended book of personal and commercial insurance accounts while also supporting internal agency operations. Daily responsibilities include renewals, endorsements, certificates, client communications, and assisting with new business quoting and marketing. You will help maintain strong retention, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure a smooth operational workflow within the agency.

Responsibilities
• Manage renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and daily client service needs
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
• Assist with new business marketing, applications, and quoting
• Communicate professionally with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners
• Maintain high retention through proactive client engagement
• Identify cross-sell opportunities between personal and commercial lines
• Support agency operations and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with carrier and agency procedures
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in personal or commercial lines account management
• Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license (required)
• Experience with web-based agency management systems (EZLynx preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $58,000
• Bonus Potential: $3,000–$7,500+ annually
• Total Compensation Range: $61,000–$65,500+
• 100% Remote / Work-From-Home
