Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Executive Team and Board of Directors
• Complete and track employment and income verification requests, and maintain HR compliance documentation
• Provide high-level administrative support, including expense reporting and vendor coordination
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• G-Workspace knowledge
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
